Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Pfeifer

Elizabeth Ann Pfeifer, 89, of Caldwell, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 24, 2017, at her home. Her friends and family knew her as Betty and affectionately as Betty Boop.

Betty was born July 2, 1927, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and moved to Idaho in 1947. She married John Pfeifer in 1949.

Betty is survived by her son from a previous marriage, Steve Hall, and her other children Bill, Chris, Mike and Cathy Pfeifer, along with a step-daughter, Saundra Bork. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 16, soon to be 17, great-grandchildren who knew her as Grandma Grape.

She raised 5 children, worked part-time jobs, and was active in her church. After retiring, she enjoyed activities with family and friends. Betty was a wonderful woman who touched many lives and she will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 6th at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Karcher Church of the Nazarene, Nampa under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Condolences may be shared at www.dakanfuneralchapel.com
