Tribute

Zachery Martin Trillhaase,31, of Parma passed away on Saturday May 30, 2020. Zach was born on July 23, 1988 to Ted Trillhaase and Kathy (Oyler) Hartman in Idaho Falls where he lived until he was 4. He went to school in Boise, Kuna, Meridian, and graduated from Parma High School in 2007. A few years out of high school he started working for the City of Parma. Zach took pride in his position in being the supervisor for the city. He was well respected throughout the community.
On May 25, 2012 his son Chance Joshua Trillhaase was born. On that day Zach’s life was changed forever. Chance was his whole life and their love was unconditional. They were best buddies and loved to bass fish on the Snake River. They have spent many hours with just the two of them on their boat where we are pretty sure Zach started brainwashing Chance that the 49ers is the only good football team in the NFL, Chevy’s are the only true pickup, and Benelli’s are the only real shotgun. Man, was he successful!
Where do we start when you talk about Zach and the man he was? Zach had such a love for everyone and in all walks of life. He had the biggest heart and had made such an impact on so many people. He had such a special place in his heart for his mom. She was his everything. He would call her everyday and spent countless hours with her just talking about the little things. He always said that blood was thicker than water and we knew that if we ever needed anything Zach would be there. He will be greatly missed by many people.
He loved to go fishing, goose hunting, side-by-side riding, and golfing. He had such a love for the outdoors and would include anyone on his next adventure.
Zach was preceded in death by his brother Chance Oyler Trillhaase and his grandparents Kenneth Oyler, Martin, and Eleanor Trillhaase. He leaves behind his son Chance Trillhaase; his parents Kathy (Bill) Hartman; Ted (Kathy) Trillhaase; siblings Toshia (Casey) Solomon of Chubbuck, Josh (Ashlie) Rubel of Parma, TJ (Ashley) Trillhaase of Idaho Falls; nieces and nephews Parker Solomon, Payson Solomon, Taylor Solomon, and Krew Zachery Rubel, girlfriend Maggie Irish and her children Austin, Cashlynn, Payton, and Jett; along with grandparents, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service is planned for Friday June 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. It will be held at Parma High School, 137 Panther Way in Parma. Following the memorial service there will be a gathering held at Bill and Kathy Hartman’s to celebrate Zach’s life. We hope that everyone can stop by. Services are under the direction of Daken Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.
