Raymond Flores, 56 of Homedale passed away on Aug. 27, 2019 in Caldwell Idaho. A viewing will be held at 6pm Sunday, September 8, 2019 with rosary at 7pm at Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday Sept 9, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Caldwell. Interment will be held at the Marsing-Homedale Cemetery.
Raymond was born on November 1, 1963 in Lubbock, Texas to Francisco and Petra Flores.
Raymond worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed restoring his 1962 Chevy Impala, listening to low rider music and spending time with his family.
He was a care giver for his beloved mother. He was very talented in the construction industry. He lived in Jackson Hole, Denver Colorado, Sun Valley, Spokane and Arizona for many years where he managed construction. He loved Skiing, fishing and spending time with his Cousins, nieces and nephews. He would sometimes take them for ice cream. He put others first and drop what he was doing to help them.
Raymond is survived by his mother Petra Flores of Homedale, siblings Tony (Gloria) Castilleja of Onterio, Manuel (Dolores) Castilleja of Homedale, Marcos Castilleja of Homedale, Eligio (Juanita Settle)Castilleja of Caldwell, Arcelia (Sabino) Hernandez of WA, Frank (Yolanda) Flores of Nampa, Jesse (Mirella Reyna) Flores of Star, Mike Flores of Nampa and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father and a sister niece and nephew.
