Philip “Captain Phil” Paynter of Caldwell, Idaho passed away on June 6, 2022 after a battle with cancer.
Phil was the youngest of three to Charles and Norma Paynter on December 26, 1956. He was 65 years old at he time of his passing.
He is survived by former spouse Victorina S. Paynter, daughter Inocensia L. Paynter, brothers Neil Paynter (Chris), and Brent Paynter (Diane).
He was preceded in death by his father Charles S. Paynter Jr., his mother Norma T. Paynter and granddaughter Jacquelina N. Paynter.
A celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m., June 15, 2022 at the C.V. Peckham Community Center adjacent to Dakan Funeral Chapel.
