Patricia Ann Mullins, 72, Nampa Idaho, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 of heart failure.
Patricia was born on December 29, 1946in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Mary Melva Louise Psaltis and George Mullins of California.
Patricia is survived by her ex-husbands Russell Wayne Mullins and John Harlow Siefried; Three Children, Sons; George (Meloni) Mullisn, Chris (Kimberly) Mullins; Daughter, Jammie (Edward) Mittlestead; Seven Grandchildren; Six Great Grandchildren and one on his way very soon; a sister two nephews
Mom will be always be missed and tremendously loved by everyone.
