Martha Louise Stiehl

Martha Louise Stiehl, 78, of Caldwell, Idaho passed away on January 5, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. Her loving family was by her side.
Martha was born November 30, 1943 to Ernest and Bernice Miller in Murphy, Oklahoma. She was a toddler when the family moved to Kuna, Idaho. She was the seventh sibling in a family of eleven.
Martha met the love of her life, Gary Darrell Stiehl, in 1970. They were married on September 4th,
1970 and spent 50 wonderful years as man and wife. Gary brought to this marriage four wonderful children whom Martha loved as her own.
Martha was a hard worker and spent many years working and keeping up with the house and family.
She loved flowers and was a florist for many years. Her and Gary enjoyed many activities together with friends and family, golfing, fishing, boating, farming, camping and playing games.
After they retired and moved to Caldwell, Idaho, they joined their church of choice, Christ Community Church EPC. They were active members at the time of her death.
Martha is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Gary Stiehl, four children, Cindy Dukes, Bill and (Pam) Stiehl, Connie and (Mike) Martell, and Christy and (Ryland) Lacy. She was also Grandma to 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. She leaves behind one sister and brother-in-law, Chris and (Dave) Pate, and one brother and sister-in-law, David and (Midge) Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, and 1 brother.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dakan Funeral Home, Caldwell, Idaho. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11: am at Christ Community Church, 603 Everett St Caldwell.
