Larry Duane Rhodes

Larry Duane Rhodes, born March 17th, 1965 in Los Angeles, California to James and Angelina Rhodes. He was the youngest son out of 7 children. He attended various schools in California, Idaho and Oregon. Later graduating from Adrian Oregon High School in 1983. After graduation he was employed at a food processing plant and a mineral plant to help out his family.
 
Larry enjoyed going hunting, fishing and camping. He was also a passionate sports fan. Larry enjoyed cheering for the Los Angeles Dodgers as well as the San Francisco 49ers. Larry loved family BBQ’s. He was a master at throwing horse shoes and loved to start a game of washers. He will be greatly missed.
 
Larry D. Rhodes passed away on September 28th, 2021 at home.
Larry is survived by his mother Angelina Rhodes, his brothers James B. Rhodes Jr., Salvador Rhodes, Jerry Rhodes (Theresa), Frank Rhodes (Jeanne), Robert Rhodes (Janet), sister Loretta Olivarez (Vinnie) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father James B. Rhodes Sr., grandparents Richard and Estha Tooley, Salvador and Vera Ruiz.
 
Services will be held at Dakan Funeral Chapel 411 E. Bates Street in Parma, Idaho on Friday, October 8th at 2pm.
