Joseph Conrad Kuckler, “Joe”
April 30, 1941- July 27, 2022
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise, Idaho. It will be directed by Dakan Funeral Chapel from Caldwell, 208-459-3629.
Joe was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota to parents James and Madeline (Althoff) Kuckler. He graduated from Litchfield High School, MN. After graduation he joined and proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960 until 1965. Joe served as a police officer for the City of Denver for 14 years until he was called to care for his father in Montana. He had a love for cars and retired as an owner of a car sales business in Caldwell.
Joe married his lovely wife Sandra in April of 2011. They have happily shared their lives together for 25 years. He was a very loving husband and made sure she was happy and well cared for. Joe loved to tell jokes and stories to get everyone laughing, especially his two granddaughters Harley and Mckenna.
Speaking of Harleys, Joes life was never complete without his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He owned many, they were always traded for the next one looking and running better than new. He respected and cared for his things the way he did his family.
Joes passions were vacationing with family, bicycling, walking, keeping up with the Broncos, and anything with a motor. From Nascar to Offshore boat racing, his eyes lit up with every rev of the engine.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Sandra, her son Mike and his family including grand-dog “Guinness”. Other remaining family members include his son Andrew, brothers Rick and Jim, sister Ellen and several nieces and nephews.
