Jewel E Howard

Jewel passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 in the presence of her family.
Jewel was born on February 9, 1944 to Lyle V. Bailey and Nina V. Bailey (Leach) in Mullen, Nebraska. Jewel moved with her family to Idaho when she was 13 years old.
Jewel was a devout Christian and loved her husband Rudy, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Carol and extended family very much. She will be greatly missed.
Jewel was preceded in death by her father, mother, Brother Charles (Bud) Bailey, Brother Harold Bailey, Sister Elma Jones, and granddaughter Kassandra Graham.
Survivors include her husband Rudy Howard, Sister Carol Bailey, Brother Alvin (Kathey) Bailey, her daughter Connie (Scott) Weatherby, son Steven (Kathy) Graham, Eddie (Gloria) Graham, Kelly (Katrina) Graham, Gary (Becky) Graham, Shane Patterson, and Christopher (Codi) Brake. Grandchildren Jade Graham, Ruan Graham, Janae Graham, Christa Gibson, Kendra (Dakoda) Stelly, Cody Weatherby, Kassidy Weatherby, Synca Brake, Sebastian Brake, Donavan Brake, Cheyenne Patterson, Christina Patterson, Shane Patterson Jr., Corbin Patterson, Kayhla Patterson, Caleb Patterson, Autum Graham, Megan Graham, Michael Graham, Matthew York, Chris Carver, Allison Carver, Roland Carver and Charlotte Carver. Great grandchildren Elizabeth Gibson, Joshua Gibson, Zaid Weatherby, Taylynn Stelly, Zavin Stevens, Keyiashele Stevens, Kathleen Stevens. StepchildrenLisa Lint and her family Selena Rollins and her family, Barbara Koch and her family, Brian and Mark Howard and their families.
As well as numerous extended family.
There will not be a service just a private viewing for family. The family suggests no flowers, contributions to assist with final expenses can be made to Dakan Funeral Chapel, 504 S. Kimball Ave., Caldwell, ID 83605.
