JeanAnne Owens

On Thursday, September 14th, 2023, JeanAnne Owens (Stufflebeam), passed away of natural causes at the age of 69 years old.
She was born in Caldwell, Idaho on August 12, 1954, to Virgil and Colleen Stufflebeam, the second child of four and the only daughter.
JeanAnne graduated from Palmdale High School in California in 1972. She married Jim “Otis” Owens, and they had a daughter Olivia Owens.
She returned to Caldwell where she became a cosmetologist. She was an active member of the Idaho Cosmetology Association and placed first in the state of Idaho in competitive nail design competitions. She attended Boise State University, then transferred to San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Art, Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to attain her real estate license and became a member of the Century 21 Rewards Team in La Mesa, California. During this time she married Robert Hyde and lived with her daughter, Olivia, and her grandsons, Otis Holst and Orville Owens.
She returned to Caldwell in 2016 to help her mother after her father’s passing.
JeanAnne is survived by her mother, Colleen; brothers, Alan (Linda), Verne (Debbie), Marty (Kim) Stufflebeam; husband, Robert Hyde; daughter, Olivia; two grandsons, and eleven nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2023 at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
