James Thomas Hooven

James Thomas Hooven was born June 14th, 1962 to Tom & Nettie Hooven. He was the 2nd of five children. Jimmy grew up in Idaho. He kept a clean room, had a talent for art, got alonghis siblings, and enjoyed playing with his cousins. He graduated High School in 1980 and fell in love with a dairy girl. Jimmy and Pam were married September 4th, 1982. Jimmy's time on the clock went from Grizzly Bear Pizza, Trust Joist, Swathing Hay, Amalgamated, The Cabinet shop, and Vallivue School District. Jimmy and Pam made memories and touched the lives of so many. Jimmy experiencedto the fullest and had the stories to tell. Some of our favorites include catching a rhea with the family van, calling in elk for his kids, raising, fishing at Duck Valley, and sharingfarm adventures with all our friends and family. Jimmy and Pam were blessed with 37 years of marriage and 5 children. In 2019 God called Pam home. Jimmy kept himself busy the last two years with roadtrips, family dinners, small projects, breakfast with friends, and enjoying his Grandchildren.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife Pammala Kay Hooven; his children Mandi Combs, Jamie Smith, and Byron Milburn; his grandsons Troy Smith and Benjamin Milburn; his dad Thomas Hooven; his sisters Susan Ann Sevy and Nettie Jean Hayes.
He will be greatly missed by his children; Adam & Vanitta Combs, JT & Amanda Hooven, Kayla & Brian Henman, Carolyn & Braeden Milburn, Parker & Kailey Hooven; numerous grandchildren; his mom Nettie Hooven and his brothers John and Joe Hooven, and all the family he picked up along the way.
