James LeRoy Detwiler

James Leroy Detwiler passed away on May 28,2021 in Caldwell Idaho at the age of 56. Jimmy Lee as he was known by friends and family was born on March 23, 1965 in Fort Riley Kansas. He grew up and finished school with high grades in Nampa Idaho. He is survived by his mother, Janet Ann Towell of Caldwell, a sister, Sharon Detwiler of Boise, step sister Jenny Schenck, and step brothers Randy and Cory Towell all three from Rupert,ID. He is also survived by his wife Vickie, son Christopher Detwiler and a daughter Trisha Shaw both of Amarillo Texas. He has three grandchildren Tabatha, Levi, and Carter.

Jimmy Lee was preceded in death by his father Cecil LeRoy Detwiler, his step father Frank Gary Towell and a step brother Monty Towell.

Jimmy Lee had a large extended family and he loved them all dearly. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was especially close to his mother and they shared a special bond. He enjoyed cooking and fishing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Dakan Funeral Chapel.
