Iris Robison

Iris (Burlile) Robison of Caldwell, Idaho was born July 15, 1935 in Boise, Idaho to Clarence Douglas Burlile and Beulah Anna (Boggess) Burlile. She passed from this life on September 10, 2021 in Boise.

She was born a twin at a time when her family lived in a tent. She and her twin had to use a dresser drawer for a cradle. Her faith was a cherished part of her life and shone through in everything she did. She taught kindergarten, Sunday school, and Vacation Bible School which were all very important to her. Family was the most important to her and she always loved when they made a point to visit.

She married Charles Thomas (Tom) Robison on July 15, 1954 and they were married for 67 years.

She was preceded in death by her sister Betty Ann Lyda and brother Jim Burlile. She is survived by her sister Jeanne Hayes, twin sister Irene Eckfelt, and sister Barbara Cunningham.

She is also survived by her husband Tom and their three children: Jan Silva, Alan Robison (Susana), and Will Robison (Meli); grandchildren: Andrew (Jen), Katie (Shamsi), Kelsey (Derek), Laura, Libby, Michaela, Daniel, Hannah, J.K., Christian, Joshua, Mandra (Edgar), Baltazar, and Lucas (Nicky); greatgrandchildren: Matilda, Gus, Fitz, Miah, Leah, Ethan, Ayden, Nathan, and baby bee due in late November; and many other treasured family members and special friends she made throughout her lifetime.

She has left a large void in many lives, but what special memories we all have!
