Gloria Belle Farlinger

Gloria B. Farlinger (age 93) went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2021.
She was born on March 21, 1928, to John and Blanche Welch. Her mother passed away when she was just 10 years old, and her father died when she was 19. Her father worked for the railroad and was unable to be there for Gloria and her sister Grace, so her grandma (Susie Eubanks) raised the girls.
Gloria attended Nampa High School where she met Donald Farlinger. They were married September 18, 1946, and later had two daughters Pamela and Sanda.
Gloria loved to travel and traveled around the world with her husband and later with her lady friends. She also liked to golf, garden, dance, and play bridge in her younger years. She loved spending time with old and new friends and with her family to share stories.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, her husband Don and her daughter Sanda.
She is survived by her daughter Pam Jackson (husband Jerry), four grandchildren and their spouses- Sarah and Matt Hart, Jeremy and Molly Roberts, Nathan and Heather Jackson, and Amber Jackson and Freddie Chavez. She also has 10 surviving great grandchildren – Connor and Austin Hart; Isaac and Crystal Roberts; Maudelynn, Jantzen and Reagan Jackson; and Jakobe, Dredyn and Brynlee Chavez.
We will be having a private graveside service for immediate family. A celebration of life will be held later in the year, on a date yet to be determined.
