Esperanza ‘Hope’ Solis passed away on November 6, 2022 She was born on July 4, 1942 in Charco, Texas to Panfilo & Vicenta Solis.
Hope had 3 brothers and 5 sisters; Maria, Jesus, Anita, Jose, Estella, Daniel, Lorensa, and Elva.
At a young age Hope was a hard worker. Her family migrated to Texas and then later to Idaho. When in high school she met Jesus “Chuy” Manzanares. After marrying they had 7 children; Lee Manzanares, Noelia Synder, Jesus Manazanares, Jr., Diana Werenicz, Javier Manzanares, Anabel Manzanares, and Rebecca Jones. Hope had 19 grandkids; 10 great-grandkids; and one on the way.
Hope worked her entire life, even after her retirement she still kept working. She loved to work. Many knew her for her honesty, hard work, strong will, and kindness. Her family was important to her and she had strong values that she instilled in her kids. She loved her kids and grandkids accomplishments, which she loved to brag about.
If you knew her, she would say, “Don’t be sad and save your tears, I’m in heaven, I’ll be waiting for you there.”
Hope - Mom, you will be missed on a daily basis.
