On Thursday, July 23rd at 6:59 P.M. Debra Grace Hammons passed away in Boise, Idaho. A viewing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30th at Dakan Funeral Chapel, 504 S Kimball Ave, Caldwell, ID 83605. A Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the CV Peckham Community Center adjacent to Dakan Chapel with a potluck luncheon.
Debra was born in Kerhonkson, New York on June, 1955. She moved to Tennessee, and then to Oregon.
Debra was married to Jerry Hammons on February 22, 1988 and they were happily married for 22 years.
Debra passionately ran her own business creating beautiful wreaths. She enjoyed crafts, and spending time with her family. She was both mother and care holder taking care of everyone with an iron soul.
Debra is survived by her husband Jerry L. Hammons; her sons, Darrell S. Millsaps, James L. Millsaps, Charles D. Millsaps, Steven D. Millsaps, Jerry L. Hammons Jr.; stepchildren, Kimberly V. Hammons, Joshua S. Hammons, Nathan T. Nielsen and their spouses Sandra Millsaps, Leila Millsaps, Leanne Hammons, Whitney Nielsen, and Micaela Thomas; her sister, Wanda L. Hannold, nephew, Cliff Hannold; and her grandchildren, Destin Millsaps, Presley Millsaps, Fletcher Millsaps, Oliver Millsaps, Daniel Millsaps, Kingsley Kiltz, Lily Hammons, Ivy Hammons, Hydee Gifford-Nielsen, Ayvri McGee, Jayden Hannold, Nevaeh Hannold, and Faith Hannold.
Debra was preceded by her parents Samuel Rose and Doris Miller.
