Daniel W. Winters

Daniel "Dan" Winters, 60 of Caldwell, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Nampa. 
Dan was born May 9, 1958 in Everett, Washington, to Charley and Fern Winters. He was a Vietnam veteran in the US Air Force. Dan loved his profession as a heavy equipment operator and was an avid hunter and fisherman with the biggest sense of humor. 
Dan touched so many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 
Dan was survived by his loving wife, Katie Winters; siblings, Deb (Tab) Sarver and Lora (Mike) Coronel; children, Candice (Lukas) Greene, Kelly Breier, Justin (Linda) Breier, and Jonathan (Patty) Greene; niece and nephew, Sam Sarver and Jamie Kirtley; and 8 grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11th at Dakan Funeral Chapel, 504 S Kimball Ave, Caldwell. Condolences may be shared with Dan’s family at www.dakanfuneralchapel.com
