Beth Joann Mills

Beth Joanne Mills, 93 passed away on November 18, 2021 in a Nampa nursing home. She was born on September 3, 1928 in Caldwell, Idaho. She was educated in the Wilder schools and graduated from the College of Idaho in Caldwell.

She taught high school for two years in Oregon before moving to Washington State and working in business. After coming back to Idaho she worked for Western Credit Association in Caldwell. She was the first woman loan officer for them.

In 1982, Beth was named woman of the year of Canyon County Chapter of the American Business Woman’s Association. She worked for the Idaho Department Store for several years. Beth lived in Caldwell for several years and then lived in Nampa for the last 20 years.

She cherished her many friends and was a big supporter for Canyon County’s Pet Haven for many years. She is survived by one brother Don Mills from Wilder and many nieces and nephews.
