My Dear, Dear Ginnie,
It was such a blessing to have met you, be a neighbor and friend since 1993. I remember the day Ronnie and I passed by your property for sale and inquired about it with Ronnie's cousin, Lewis, whom we had driven to Parma to visit. Turned out Lewis's wife's friend was the real estate agent and by 5 pm that day we were signing a purchase agreement, and oddly, it was my Mother's birthday! And that became the most wonderful journey in our lives. We became farmers, and ranchers, and cowboys, and best of all, neighbors with you and Gerry. And later that summer, you gave us Runner, a beautiful Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppy that came from your wonderful Winger. And you kept Belle, Runner's sister puppy. Winger and Belle and Runner - precious memories and such wonderful doggie friends! So we were joined at the hip on that one, Ginnie! And even when the farming stuff got too much for you guys and you moved to your new home by the golf course, we came over to see you and toss down a beer or two and remembered the good old days, and Ronnie and Gerry would yak their political stuff. I miss you and love you, Ginnie. You were like my second Mom! Love you! See you again someday and I bet you and Ronnie are tossing down a beer or two right now! Shari
