The night of your funeral, Dad and Rick got together over a few beers and talked about the past. I just wish I had something to add.

Grandpa I miss you so much. I'd give the world just to dig through the coffee compost pile for worms so we could go fishing again.

Dear Dawn, Rick, Rocky, Cidny,
So sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. I have fond memories of him coming to the house to visit. He and my Dad had so many great times hunting and fishing and playing poker . They all grew up together and remained friends for a lifetime. . I'm sure there is plenty of fishing taking place. I loved your Dad he was always so kind and good to me. He always had the greatest hair ! I know your hearts are heavy but it is just a brief time before you will see him again . Lot of loves and prayers. Julie Cude Whittier

Dear Julie and Family, I was saddened to see Riley's obituary in today's paper. I knew him from Fresno years ago and had the pleasure of working with Julie back then too. He was a funny man and was dedicated to his new wife and later on, his new little daughter. Fresno days were great days and I am so glad Riley and Julie were good friends. Julie, I hope each day ahead can be brighter for you and your family. I send my love and deepest sympathy to you all. God Bless!

Very disheartened to see Riley's obituary in the Ogden Standard Examiner this morning. Riley was a good friend when we worked together in Fresno, CA. We lost touch for a while when they moved to Boise until Julie ended up working with me in Ogden. Julie and I worked together for a number of years until I retired, and I was able to see and talk to Riley a number of times during that period. Lost track of them again when I retired, and haven't seen them since, but I regret not touching base over the years, and not taking Riley up on his offer to take me Steelhead fishing. I really enjoyed my association with both of them, and I miss them both.
