Tribute

Jorge Alfaro, 49, Caldwell, died Saturday, April 6, 2024.

A service will be held between 5 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Dakan Funeral Chapel.

Translation:
Jorge Alfaro, age 49, Caldwell, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024. He was born with vision problems. After many surgeries he was never able to regain his sight. He was legally blind and was never able to obtain his driver's license.
But not even that stopped him from winning the “best Uncle Jorge” award as his nephews and nieces called him.
Uncle Jorge had such great love for all of them. He entertained them by taking them to the movies, playing video games, buying them candy and soda even when their parents told them it was forbidden. His nephews and nieces have fond memories of taking them walking to the corner store so many times.
Although he was the second child in the family, he always felt like the baby. He loved accompanying his parents to the horse races, to the Jaripeos, and being present at all the Roller Magic dances.
He was a son, a good brother, a good uncle, and very kind to everyone. And he showed us his love in his own way.
Jorge, may our Heavenly Father receive you in his arms and you may be resting. From there you will take care of us. We love you forever.
A Viewing will be held between 5 and 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Dakan Funeral Chapel.
