That was a touching tribute to Herbert. I didn't get a chance to meet the man, but I did hear many positive things from his granddaughter. He made a lasting impact on those around him and the legacy of his life will continue well beyond his death. His family is a testament to his greatness, he must have been a wonderful person. My most sincere condolences.

My condolences to Herb's family. I had the privilege of working for him while he served as Idaho State Bar Commissioner. He was a gentleman of the first order and very much a mentor. I think he would be proud to know that he was widely regarded as a "lawyer's lawyer." R.I.P.

Lynda and I are so very sorry to hear of Herb’s passing. He will be truly missed. Herb was a very welcome mainstay at our table at the Caldwell Senior Center. Herb always had a ready smile and good conversation. Goodby from a fellow “old salt”.
