Heaven gained an amazing cowboy when Blake W. Toone passed away on December 9, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Blake was born in Ogden, Utah on August 23, 1958 to Bill and Marie Toone. He was the 3rd of 5 boys. He grew up working on a dairy. In 1984, he moved to Idaho and started his own dairy. He began working in the elevator trade in 1989, where he continued to work until his death. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trail riding and most importantly time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Donna Toone; his parents, Wilford and Marie Toone; his 4 brothers, Craig (Marilyn) Toone, Scott (Vicky) Toone, Chris (Carol) Toone, Kevin (Gwenda) Toone; his daughters, Michelle (Brian) Sharp and Ashley Toone; his step-sons, David (Tiffany) Walker and Daniel (Alisha) Walker; his grandchildren, Mason Sharp, Hailey Sharp, Cole Walker, Levi Walker, Jace Walker and Autumn Walker; his great grandson, Cody Sharp and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family thanks Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center and Treasure Valley Hospice for the care given to Blake.
Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Middleton Cemetery, Middleton with a reception to follow at Blake’s home.
He was a mentor to many and loved by all of those who knew him. Rest in peace Papa.
